Tea Tray White Marble

The Tea Tray White Marble is a rectangular natural stone tray with rounded edges and a slightly raised water-retaining border. The stone has a white base with natural grey-black net and flowing veins. The surface is highly polished, smooth and strongly reflective. A concealed round drainage hole is set at one corner of the tray. The bottom is flat, with anti-slip silent feet and an internal water channel connected to the drainage hole.

Transit Damage and Insurance

Every marble tea tray is foam-wrapped, packed in a reinforced carton, then strapped to a pallet. We insure each shipment against damage and loss at invoice value unless you request otherwise. Please inspect the cartons before signing. If you notice crush marks, tears, water stains, or hear loose pieces inside, note it on the delivery receipt and send us photos, the packing list, and the invoice number within three working days. We will handle the carrier and insurance claim from there. Once approved, you may choose a replacement or a credit/refund. If urgent, we can ship the replacement separately; otherwise, we will add it to your next order to save on freight. Damage caused by our packing or handling is our responsibility. Transit damage is covered by insurance. Either way, you will not be left to chase the carrier on your own.
